Each demonstration is unique, guided by your specific questions.

Up to five colleagues can ‘attend’ each demonstration, viewing via their web browser and joining the conversation using our Powwownow telephone conferencing account.

Demonstrations are scheduled to meet your preferred day and time. Following a quick 10-minute summary, the demonstration continues until all your questions are answered.

The Intelligent Flatplan team is proud of its technical support. Most technical questions are answered immediately. Likewise, as a hosted solution, bugs are typically resolved same-day.

Submit a question/bug report: In the Control Panel or Flatplanning screen click the Send Feedback button, then complete and submit the form. If reporting a bug please include as much detail as possible (especially actions preceding the bug). Please copy and paste any error messages or email a screen grab.
